The result is a professionally crafted radio-style documentary that celebrates their life and the soundtrack that accompanied it.
Each production is a unique keepsake: a beautiful gift for big birthdays, anniversaries, or any moment of reflection.
You choose how you would like the story presented: as an audio file, a bespoke vinyl record, a CD, a beautifully printed hardback booklet, or even a video recording.
Whatever you decide, you will create something truly unique to share with family and future generations.
How it works
At Ictus, we believe in doing things properly.
All our interviewers are BBC-experienced journalists, and each A Life In Music project is completed to exacting international broadcasting standards.
Each A Life In Music session begins with a relaxed and sensitive conversation with an Ictus producer, choosing songs and mapping out areas to explore - whether childhood, teenage years or later turning points. At all times, we let you and your family shape the story.
We follow this with an informal, conversational interview, mixing memories with a selection of favourite records.
After the recording, we professionally mix the interview with music, and create video or text versions to accompany the programme, if required.
